HAPPY ART

Adri Heyns is a contemporary and decorative artist, working under the name HAPPY ART. She was born and grew up in the very small town, Luckhoff, and matriculated at Werda High School, Fauresmith.  At Kovsies she qualified as an Occupational Therapist and later as a Teacher.  She got married to Henry, a farmer from Senekal, where they created a home where their hearts are HAPPY.  They have 2 sons, a daughter and 4 angel-granddaughters.
Being true to the spiritual meaning of her name, creative spirit, she loves to turn every opportunity into a creative experience. Recently, she finds herself more attracted to painting and writing, doing this out of a truly fulfilled heart.
Being inspired by Scripture and good memories, the bright colours of acrylic are applied in a childlike, playful and honest way, mostly telling a story...a HAPPY story.
